The process is designed to guide students from the first online application to enrollment, visa documentation and pre-arrival preparation.

Receive your Letter of Offer.
You will receive the Letter of Offer and the Program Agreement Form within 48 hours. These documents are not valid for visa purposes: students require the Letter of Enrollment for visa applications.

Complete enrollment and visa application.
Complete payment of the Enrollment Fee, 1st Installment of Tuition Fees and Housing Fees. Payment details are found in the Program Agreement form.
January 2027 intake
- Application Fee: €60 due at the time of application.
- Enrollment Fee: €400.
- Refundable Housing Deposit: €450.
- Full Tuition Fee: €7,500.
- Housing Fee, Double Room: €3.630.
- Single Room Supplement: +€1,320, subject to availability.
Payment schedule
- 1st Installment: due within 7 days from the receipt of the Offer Letter.
- 2nd Installment: due by November 13, 2026.
- 3rd Installment: due by January 12, 2027.
- 4th Installment: due by April 9, 2027.
- Non-EU students receive visa documentation after payment receipt.
- Pre-arrival guide is sent before Orientation week.
Admission requirements for the International Foundation Year
Every application is reviewed individually. The Admissions Team checks the student’s school history, documents, age, English proficiency and intended university pathway before issuing an offer.
Required profile and documents
- Valid passport
- Final high-school diploma or certificate of current enrolment
- Qualification obtained after at least 11 years of schooling
- Official transcript of records
- English proficiency at approximately B2 level
- At least 17 and no more than 27 years old at application

- 5.5–6.5, with no element below 5.5
- Cambridge Scale
- 160+ points, including the required minimum in each element
- Duolingo English Test
- 100+ points
- TOEFL iBT:
- 4.0 – 4.5 (min. 4.0 in each section) or 72+ points for tests bef. January 2026
The Admissions Team may also assess English during the eligibility video call. Always request confirmation of the current accepted scores before applying.

Two program options: 9 months or 12 months, depending on academic goals and Italian language needs.
9 Months
Start in September or January | 900 hours €7,500- Italian Language: A0 to B1/B2 level, 600 academic hours.
- Curricular Foundation Courses, track-specific, 300 academic hours.
- Academic Mentoring and Admission Counseling.
- Extracurricular: Cultural & Social Activities, sports clubs, volunteering.
12 Months
Start in September | 1100 hours €8,900- Italian Language: A0 to B2 level, 800 academic hours.
- Curricular Foundation Courses, track-specific, 300 academic hours.
- Academic Mentoring and Admission Counseling.
- Extracurricular: Cultural & Social Activities, sports clubs, volunteering.
