Service Fee

Service Fee

Payment of the Service fee, € 59,00, is required for confirmation of enrolment.

The Service Fee is a one-time payment, so returning students will not be charged the fee upon a second course enrolment.

Terms & Conditions

Course information, tuition process, guarantee of service and cancellation policy.

Course Information
  • Lesson duration: 45 minutes = 1 academic hour.
  • Class size: min 3, average 5, max 9.
  • Courses run year-round, except for the two weeks at Christmas.
  • Italian Public Holidays: Jan 1, Jan 6, Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1, Jun 2, Aug 15, Nov 1, Dec 8, Dec 25–26.
  • Fee reductions do not apply where a course includes a public holiday when the School is closed.
  • Missed private lessons will be arranged on different days, while missed group lessons will be replaced by cultural activities.
Tuition Process
  • The School may appoint/rotate teachers; times/dates may change with written notice, subject to availability.
  • Punctual arrival is the Student’s responsibility; teaching time is not extended for late arrival.
  • The School may change teachers, times, rooms and combine classes if necessary.
  • Once group tuition is booked, switching to private lessons is not possible; private lessons can only be added as extra.
  • The School determines the Student’s current level and group suitability.
  • Max group size: 9. Temporarily higher numbers may occur if needed.
  • Missed group lessons for personal reasons cannot be made up.
Guarantee of Service

Students booked on group tuition with no co-students of the same level are compensated with private 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 lessons.

When other students join the group at the same level, lesson amounts revert accordingly.

Cancellation & Postponement Policy
  • Refunds may take up to 1 month from official notice.
  • No refund for service fees, travel expenses, airport transfer.
  • All notices of cancellation or postponement must be in writing.
  • If cancellation is made ≥ 14 days before start: the service fee is withheld as cancellation fine.
  • If postponement is made ≥ 14 days before start: the student may rebook later without a new service fee.
  • If cancellation is made < 14 days before start: the service fee + 50% of tuition are withheld.
  • No refunds after the course has commenced.
  • In case of genuine personal emergency, a course voucher for remaining time may be issued upon Director approval.
  • Private lesson cancellation < 6 hours before start: the lesson is considered conducted and not reimbursed.
  • Long-term course pre-payment, 50%, is fully refundable if visa is refused. Official proof required before start date.
